chabad on campus must conduct a full investigation into these horrific allegations before allowing  posner to co to use his work on campus  

Rabbi posner and other chabad ravbis believe that they do whatever they want with no accountability

here is the problem    The so called    Vaad hashluchim has no power to enforce anything and the shliach who runs a family operation  just laughs his way to the bank and ignores all critics and has no accountability
