She cannot or does not clearly define to the client how she can help to solve the issue or concern that has brought him/her to her so called “practice.”
• She provides no explanation of how the client will know when “her professional” therapy is complete.
• She does not seek consultation with other therapists.
• She makes guarantees and/or promises and does not live up to it.
• There are many unresolved complaints from couples that spent a lot of money and paid her thousands of dollars.
• She encourages the client or couple to blame their family, friends, Rabbi, and/or partner.
• She talks excessively about personal issues and/or self-discloses often without any therapeutic purpose.
• She does not guard the confidentiality of the cases she is dealing with, often discussing with others the details that really need to stay private.
• She discloses client’s identifying information without authorization or mandate, claiming that she does not need to be confidential, because she is not licensed.
• She tells client’s the identities of other clients, many times in order to boast about the great work she is doing, and the respected people she is “supposedly” helping.
• She does not accept feedback or admit to her mistakes.
• She talks too much and listens to very little that the client says, especially when it goes against her personal agenda.
• She acts as if she has the answer or solution to everything and spends time telling the clients how to best fix or change things.
• She tells client what to do, makes decisions for the client, or gives frequent unsolicited advice.
• She tries to keep clients in therapy against their will, usually with threats of exposing the information she garnered. She threatens that she will use client’s vulnerability against them.
• She believes that only her counseling approach works and ridicules other approaches to therapy.
• She denies or ignores the importance of client’s own wishes and goals.
• She is not interested in the changes the client wants to make and ignores client’s goals for therapy, instead steering the direction as she sees fit according to her own twisted philosophy that is against Torah law.
• She helps people get legal aid to go to court - without permission of Bais Din - especially helping men skirt the legal system so they are convinced to never give a Get
• She guides individuals to the infamous Mr. Lipa Freidrich, a hench man who was banned by all Rabbis in the community.
• She is the head of a Cult like group, an extremist group of conspiracy leaders known as “Mevakshei Shulem aka Mispety HaTorah AKA Shar Hamishpot”. It is supposedly a religious group founded by Mrs. Ester Frima Stern and has a full staff of henchmen, to wit; her husband Yankov Yosef Stern with his son Yoel Stern and Mr. Moshe Lipa Friedrich, Mr. Yakov Yosef Lefkowitz, Rabbi Shea Seidenfeld, Rabbi Ephraim Hersh Shmilovich, Rabbi Avrom Shmiel Gestetner and others. It is referred to as a cult, consisting of about 65 couriers, and about 25 agents in the community carrying out the nefarious deeds, and an additional 435 members. The group follows a fundamentalist form of Jewish practice and adheres to its own atypical interpretations of Jewish law, including practices such as lengthy delaying of divorce sessions, arranged divorce price gouging plans, and head-to-toe blackmail of their own members not to give a Get against Rabbinical rule. The group has faced allegations of kidnapping, extortion, abuse, and child abuse.
