Rivky Stein's RICO Lawsuit Against Recalcitrant Husband, His Family And Business Dismissed

Rivky Stein repeatedly failed to respond to discovery ordered by the court, and yesterday a federal judge tossed out her RICO lawsuit as a result.

Part of the suit was dismissed in late 2014. Stein was repeatedly warned to answer discovery but failed to do so. The last major warning reported here was in November 2010.
