Is Rivky Stein's RICO Lawsuit Against Her Get-Refusing Husband And His Family Dead?

Rivky Stein and Yoel WeissRivky Stein filed a RICO lawsuit against her estranged get-refuer husband Yoel Weiss, Weiss' family and their company World Wide Plumbing. But unless she filed the necessary information with the court today, the lawsuit appears to be dead.
