Kevin G. Sloniker is in a whole lot of trouble, and his try at self-circumcision is only a tiny part of it (pun likely intended).
Idaho Police said Sloniker admitted to sexually abusing nine boys, fondling them all, having oral sex with some, and raping one of them, the Spokesman-Review reported today.
Sloniker told police he wanted help beating his “addiction” to sexually abusing young boys.
The alleged abuse took place in Idaho, at his parents’ home in Latah, Washington, and on the road across the western US when boys accompanied Sloniker in his truck, police reportedly said.
Because he allegedly took minors across state line for the purpose of sexually abusing them, he could be charged by the federal government, as well.
Sloniker was arrested in Wisconsin and extradited to Idaho. He is now being held in a county jail on $1 million bond.
In 2005, Sloniker was booted out of St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary after he tried to self-circumcise and priests deemed him to be mentally unstable as a result.
Sloniker also worked in youth camps run by the Immaculate Conception Church.
Both that church and the St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary are affiliated with the anti-Semitic Society of Saint Pius X, a breakaway conservative Catholic sect that is not affiliated with the mainstream Roman Catholic Church. Political commentator Pat Buchanan, who has often been accused of anti-Semitism, and his sister are both members of Saint Pius X churches.
