Chabad Messianists Lose Fight To Retain Control Over Most Of Rebbe's Books

Chabad messianists lost a their battle against Rabbi Yehuda Krinsky and his Merkos Chabad to retain control over the the sichot (printed talks) of the late Chabad-Lubavitch Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson when a federal judge dismissed most of their claims. However their claim for control over the late rebbe's Haggadah commentary will proceed to trial.
