What's it like to be a poor kid in America? What's it like to go hungry every day? To live in substandard housing? To be 8-years-old and homeless?
Last week, PBS Frontline ran its documentary Poor Kids, first aired three years ago. As many of you fast in commemoration of Tisha B'Av, I thought it might be good for you to see and hear what hungry kids in America go through every day as told to you by those kids in their own words:

Feeding America has a nationwide network of about 200 affiliated food pantries. (Many of them likely appear on the FoodPantries.org list.)
