Video: Alleged Sex Abuser Rabbi Performs Bizarre Wedding

Rabbi Eliezer Berland, the leader of the Shuvu Banim Breslov hasidic sect who is still on the run from sex abuse allegations made by former followers in Israel, performs a wedding for a couple in Holland in under two minutes and, as part of the ceremony places the ring on the bride's finger – something that appears to be problematic under halakha (Orthodox Jewish law).
