The Rockaway Nassau Safety Patrol (i.e., Shomrim of Far Rockaway and Nassau, Long Island, New York) and the NYPD have issued an alert for a person wanted in connection with two attempted child abductions, Both took place on Shabbat afternoon. The alleged perpetrator was driving a dark colored or black Nissan Altima (2002-2005) and is reportedly a Black male, 30- 40-years-old, approximately 5 foot 8 and about 220 pounds, wearing black clothing and a black cap with red lettering.
