Feldman wants a long term relationship with her and says so, and even offers her a watch, apparently as a form of an engagement present. And while Feldman will sleep with the woman if she wants it, right now, he'd just like to go out and spend time with her and talk. Chabad allegedly had this recording, knows it is real, but covered it up.

Feldman also says he can explain to the woman – who I'm told was in her early to mid 20s when this tape was made and who was at the time dating a Jew about her own age with the intent of perhaps marrying him – why Feldman's relationship with her, even including sex, is kosher.
The Sydney Beit Din (Orthodox Jewish religious court) and Chabad – including Feldman's parents Rabbi Pinchus and Pnina Feldman – allegedly heard the tape, verified the incident and promptly covered it up.
Yosef Feldman was quietly forced to resign from certain positions of authority with Chabad and stay away from female students at Chabad's school. But FailedMessiah.com has been told that Feldman was really allowed to quietly continue on with most of those responsibilities, which he still holds today, about two years after this recording was made.
