Kiryas Joel Journal Blots Out Faces Of 'Evil' Non-Jewish Cops

The photo was taken at a press conference and the faces and names of these law enforcement officers are publicly known. But the Satmar hasidic Kiryas Joel Journal, Kiryas Joel's Yiddish-language newspaper, blotted out their faces yesterday, apparently so hasidim should not see their 'evil' non-Jewish faces. (There is a halakha, Jewish law, that forbids gazing at the face of an evil man, and some extreme rabbis apply this to all non-Jews.)
