Report: Residential Health Care Facility Owned By Lakewood Rabbi Mice-Ridden, Filthy, Dangerous

Dover Woods residential healthcare is owned by Erez Healthcare Realty Company of Lakewood, New Jersey. Mice allegedly infest the Toms River, New Jersey facility as residents sit amid stench in urine-fouled clothing. Erez, a for-profit entity, was founded and is owned by Rabbi Isser Zalman Kotler, a descendant of Rabbi Ahaorn Kotler, founder of the largest haredi yeshiva outide Israel, Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, commonly known simply as "Lakewood Yeshiva."

NBC News in Piladelphia first broke this story early this month. Now the APP has a Sunday cover story (which is not yet online) that exposes in detail the stench and filth that the Kotler-owned facility's residents are forced to live in:
