Satmar Yeshiva Forbids Mothers Wearing "Dusters" To Come To Yeshiva To Pick Up Their Children

A Satmar yeshiva, Torah V'Yirah in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, has ordered mothers not wear dusters (heavy housecoats that cover the arms to the wrist and the legs to at least the ankle) when picking up their children. Why? The housecoats are not modest enough.
