SHLOIME TORIM, 76, of Monroe, New York, is charged with one count of endeavoring to obstruct and impede the due administration of the Internal Revenue laws, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison, five counts of failing to file United States Individual Income tax returns for the tax years 2007 through 2011, each of which carries a maximum sentence of one year in prison, and two counts of making a false statement to a bank for the purpose of obtaining a loan, which carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison.
