Video: Hasidic Slumlord In Court Over Horrific Abuse Of Renters

Joel Israel, a hasidic slumlord who has been mistreating his Brooklyn tenants for months – including demolishing their kitchens and bathrooms with a sledgehammer – was in housing court yesterday. Tenants want their apartments fixed and Israel jailed. Israel's attorney claims Israel has done nothing wrong.
