NYCLU & ACLU v Kiryas Joel

Here is the Memorandum of Law filed by the New York Civil Liberties Union and the American Civil Liberties Union against the Satmar Village of Kiryas Joel over its gender segregated playground and the apparent lies told by village officials about the existence (or lack there of) of mandatory official documents surrounding it.
