Haredi Mega-Thief Eliyahu Weinstein's 2nd Motion To Vacate Guilty Plea Denied

As FailedMessiah.com exclusively reported last week, Eliyahu Weinstein tried for a second time to vacate his guilty plea. Now, one day after Weinstein's attempt to counter the government's response to his attempt to vacate his guilty plea, a judge has ruled against Weinstein and for the government.
