Haredi Über-Thief Eliyahu Weinstein Demands Government Tell Him Which Victims Will Make Statements Against Him At Sentencing

In what may be seen as an attempt to harass and intimidate his victims, haredi über-thief Eliyahu Weinstein is demanding that the government tell him which victims will be speaking at his sentencing hearings and what each of these victims will say at it.

In what may be seen as an attempt to harass and intimidate his victims, haredi über-thief Eliyahu Weinstein is demanding that the government tell him which victims will be speaking at his sentencing hearings and what each of these victims will say at it.

Notice that Weinstein's attorney – who has already been reprimanded at least once by the trial judge for his behavior – has not cited any legal precedents that would require the government to do what he wants. That appears to be because there are none to cite.
