Eliyahu Weinstein's latest gambit to withdraw his guilty plea really seems to be constructed to attempt to hide laundering of stolen money through one of the groups of attorneys Weinstein hired by attempting to portray that group of attorneys as thieves who defrauded Weinstein out of the money, which was paid to them as a retainer.

Put simply, I doubt this latest gambit from Weinstein will work. I think the only remaining question is whether Weinstein's latest attorney, Eric Creizman, is sanctioned over this filing or not.
