Hasidic Congregation Sued Over Hundreds Of Millions Of Dollars In Life Insurance Policies

Rabbi Chaim Babad's Kolel Beth Yechiel Mechil of Tartikov, Inc. is sued by the New York Life Insurance Company over disposition of $353 million in life insurance policies. Babad and Kolel Beth Yechiel Mechil of Tartikov are intimately involved – although not criminally charged – in part of the Eliyahu Weinstein frauds, as well.
