Rabbi Chaim Halpern, accused of sexually abusing women who came to him for marriage counseling and currently free on police bail, is speaking at a major haredi religious event in London with the Kedassia/UOHC chief rabbi, Ephraim Padwa – despite the fact that Padwa and other Kedassia/UOHC rabbinic leaders have heard first hand testimony from alleged victims and know that much of that testimony appears to be true.
