Document: New Sholom Rubashkin Appeal

Here's the new appeal Sholom Rubashkin filed earlier this week.

Much of this appears to be a rehashing of his previous appeals, and what is not is largely based on the testimony of his friends, business associates and extended family members and carries with it all the caveats that entails.
