Government Responds To Haredi Uber Fraudster Eliyahu Weinstein's Motion To Dismiss Charges

The deceptions, lies and frauds of über haredi fraudster Eliyahu Weinstein are dealt with point by point by point by the government in its response filed today.

This is related to a second set of charges related to a different set of frauds than the frauds Weinstein pleaded guilty to previously.
