This letter was sent to parents on the eve of Yom Kippur earlier this month.
The first paragraph reads (according to the translation of it sent by my source):
"We ask the honorable parents to to watch over their kids during Sabbath and the holidays, and especially now during the high holidays when there are security police next to the shul that they should not go to talk to them, as it is self understood, (and the same with goyim in general)."
The second paragraph paragraph asks parents to make sure their kids stand next to them during the prayers, and that they do not go outside of the synagogue:
