Disgraced Rabbi Michael Broyde's Atlanta Dayanut Institute launched a new website recently – a website that until a few days ago falsely claimed Broyde is a member of the Beit Din of America. But he isn't. Why?
Because he lied and sockpuppeted to puff up his own scholarly writings and attack his enemies.
And he didn't correct this false C.V. on the Atlanta Dayanut Institute's new webpage – until, I'm told, people at the Rabbinical Council of America and Beit Din of America were told about it and apparently told Broyde to fix it.
Sometime after August 14, the listing for Broyde was changed to read that he "was the menahel (director) and a dayan in the Beth Din of America for many years."
Before that, it read "[Broyde] is a member (dayan) of the Beth Din of America, the largest Jewish law court in America" as you can see here (please click to enlarge):
