In a motion filed in court today, accused extortionist Sam Kellner's attorneys cite multiple errors and apparent lies by Brooklyn's district attorney and ask the judge in the case to dismiss the charges against Sam Kellner. Kellner was acting as an anti-child-sex-abuse activist in cooperation with the DA when he was suddenly arrested and charged with extortion based solely on evidence – most of which since proved false or perjured – provided by accused pedophile Baruch Lebovits' son Meir – himself an alleged pedophile – and Satmar big wig Moshe Friedman (Gabbai), the editor of the Satmar mouthpiece Der Yid. That evidence has been shown to be false.
