“The evil regime and its emissaries the hardakim [slur for haredi soldiers]” are these enemies. “Therefore, at every time of day there should be people available in the Holy Land to fulfill with beauty and self-sacrifice the zealousness of [the biblical] Pinchas who ‘took a spear in his hand’ and to do harakiri [Japanese ritual disembowelment done as a death penalty for a dishonored samurai] on every single hardak [slur for a haredi soldier] until those who cause others to sin will be no more."
Murder Haredi Soldiers Like Pinchas Murdered Zimri, Haredi Leaflet Says

A pashkvil (leaflet) found in the Jerusalem haredi neighborhood of Ramat Shlomo today calls on haredim to murder haredi soldiers.
Although some believe the leaflet may be fake, the phone number on the leaflet appears to be real, and most observers believe the leaflet is, as well.
The leaflet was produced by the The Center for Defense against Problems of Enlistment and says that it is a mitzvah (positive Jewish religious commandment) to make war against enemies of the Jewish people who are in the Land of Israel. “The evil regime and its emissaries the hardakim [slur for haredi soldiers]” are these enemies. “Therefore, at every time of day there should be people available in the Holy Land to fulfill with beauty and self-sacrifice the zealousness of [the biblical] Pinchas who ‘took a spear in his hand’ and to do harakiri [Japanese ritual disembowelment done as a death penalty for a dishonored samurai] on every single hardak [slur for a haredi soldier] until those who cause others to sin will be no more,” the leaflet says.
The biblical Pinchas ran a spear through the through a Jewish leader and his Midianite lover as the the two were copulating because they dishonored the congregation of Israelites by having sex in public.
The Times of Israel reports that the number belongs to a yeshiva located at Kever Rachel (the Tomb of Rachel) in the West Bank.
When the Times of Israel called, a representative of the hotline told she was "unaware" of the leaflets.
Three other phone numbers on the pashkvils direct “those ready to give their souls to go forth in holy war” to an automated messaging system for Mivtzar (Hebrew for castle), an organization that helps haredim dodge the draft. It tells callers to dial 5 “to report a teen who was drafted or is about to be drafted,” and to dial 6 “to report discretely about all important information.”
The religious freedom advocacy organization Hiddush, which released the leaflet to the media and reported it to police, says it was faxed the leaflet by an anonymous person earlier today. It was also published by the haredi news website Behadraei Haredim.
