According to Yeshiva World, as the current Belz Rebbe was praying at the grave of his predecessor, the crush of hasidim pushing and shoving in order to get a better view of their rebbe praying caused the gravestone of haredi leader Rabbi Moshe Feinstein – who is buried in an adjacent grave and who was not a Bez hasid – to fall over.
It is halakhicly (under Jewish law) forbidden to walk or stand on a grave or a gravestone or to act disrespectfully in a cemetery.
