Lubicom, Menachem Lubinsky's public relations organization that
specializes in promoting kosher food producers and kosher food brands,
released the following statement on behalf of Zomick's Bakery, which was found to have a nearly unbroken string of failed Health Department inspections – due to rat, cockroach and beetle infestations and live birds flying inside the facility above the baking area – from 2005 through last year.
Lubicom, Menachem Lubinsky's public relations organization that specializes in promoting kosher food producers and kosher food brands, released the following statement on behalf of Zomick's Bakery, which was found to have a nearly unbroken string of failed Health Department inspections from 2005 through last year.
Zomick's had large rat and cockroach infestations, live birds flying inside its facility above the baking area, and a beetle infestation among other problems.
Zomick's calls the reports – which are factually correct and based solely on Department of Health reports – "inaccurate and false!"
Zomick's bizarre claim is based on measures the company finally started taking in 2012 – 7 years after the infestations began – a fact Lubicom and Zomick's does not bother to mention.
Here is the company's statement. Please click to enlarge:
