A hasidic store owner in Rockland County threw out a group of non-Jews who came into his store to by small items like water. The group wanted to demonstrate that coexistence in necessary. “We’re basically saying to the hasidic community that we are here and we’re not going anywhere, so it behooves both of us to coexist. But the way things are, we can’t coexist,” Reverend Weldon McWilliams IV said. The hasidic owner apparently disagrees with that idea.
