As stated on numerous occasions,the RCV encourages the reporting of all incidents of child sexual abuse to the police.

When challenged on his position that young boys could consent to sex, Rabbi Boruch Lesches, who was Chabad's rosh yeshiva in Sydney for 20 years, said "you would be surprised" and pointed out that "goyyim" began having sex "from the age of five."  Poor "goyyim," Leches claimed, have "nothing else to do in life, [and therefore are] only thinking 24 hours about sex" with each other, members of their own families – and, Leches claimed, with "dogs."
