"Recently it became known to me that there are those who place their mouths during sexual relations on the "unmentionable place," or those who tell their wives to do so, and we find at times lices and 'worms', Heaven forbid, and it is upon us to prevent a violation of five prohibitions, God forbid. And we need to be extremely careful since sometimes these worms are so tiny, almost impossible to see normally, and one who is not an expert may not see them at all.…"
The Chabad chief rabbi of Bnei Brak allegedly wrote:
This is almost certainly a parody. Even so, it is the logical conclusion of the haredi obsession with microscopically tiny bugs in vegetables, water and other food, which has already been carried much, much too far.Moshe Yehuda Leib Landau

To prevent a stumbling block before our nation!
Recently it became known to me that there are those who place their mouths during sexual relations on the "unmentionable place," or those who tell their wives to do so, and we find at times lice and 'worms', Heaven forbid, and it is upon us to prevent a violation of five prohibitions, God forbid. (i.e., ingesting an insect, i.e., pubic lice)
And we need to be extremely careful since sometimes these worms are so tiny, almost impossible to see normally, and one who is not an expert may not see them at all.
Therefore, I warn that one should not do this with their mouth during sex at all (called "oral" in the vernacular), since it's not possible not to violate this, and one should be careful, also women, in this.
And in the merit of this mitzvah, we should merit to raise upright generations, children and grandchildren, doers of Torah and mitzvot.
Signed, etc.
