Head Of NCSY's Public High School Missionary Outreach Calls Harlem Shake "Retarded"

The National Council of Synagogue Youth's (NCSY) public high school missionary outreach head Rabbi Avrohom Walkin calls the Harlem Shake "retarded." NCSY is a subsidiary of the Orthodox Union (OU). Walkin heads what the OU calls the Jewish Student Union, even though that name belongs to an independent student group with no current ties to NCSY or the OU.
