The distributor, Doheny Glatt Kosher Meats, allegedly used Aaron's best labels to repackage non-kosher meat. Rabbinical Council of California (RCC) says meat purchased before 3 pm Sunday is still kosher – even though an investigator videotaped the fraud over the past month.
There are two possibilities here: 1) The RCC is using the principle of rov, majority, to kasher all the meat, or 2) the meat is kosher or glatt kosher but from an unapproved producer.
Past that, Doheny Glatt Kosher Meats is still listed as an RCC approved store as of 6:15 am CDT today and the teudah for it from the RCC is still posted on the Rcc's website:

LOS ANGELES (KTLA) — As Jews throughout Southern California prepare to celebrate Passover, a huge distributor of Kosher meats within southern California’s Jewish community has been stripped of its certification.
Doheny Glatt Kosher Meats is a wholesale supplier of Kosher products to merchants, restaurants, and caterers.
The company also has a retail market at their Pico location where they sell directly to customers.
Doheny Glatt is accused of repacking Kosher meat boxes with USDA products that were not Kosher.
The Rabbinical Council of California sent out an email informing people that the meat bought before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday is still considered Kosher.
