Sholom Rubashkin Supreme Court Bid Denied

Former Agriprocessors VP Sholom Rubashkin's petition to the US Supreme Court for a Writ of Certiorari has been denied.

Justice Elana Kagan recused herself from the decision against Rubashkin, most likely because she was the attorney who argued the government's side in a previous Rubashkin appeal to SCOTUS over bail that Rubashkin lost.

Shmarya will probably comment on this Tuesday night after the holiday is over.
