Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto, Wife, Arrested For Money Laundering And Bribery

Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto, the Sefardi 'kabbalist' and rabbi-to-the-rich-and-powerful. and his wife were arrested and questioned by senior Israeli police investigators earlier today and were later released under restrictive conditions – including house arrest – by the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court. The two scandal-prone 'holy people' are accused of trying to bribe a senior police investigator who was investigating other alleged crimes that may have involved the couple, and of laundering money.
