Moshe Rubashkin Violates Parole To Go To Mikva

The brother of former Agriprocessors VP Sholom Rubashkin violated his parole by cutting off his electronic ankle bracelet for Passover so he could immerse in a mikva. But Moshe Rubashkin got caught.
