Did The Haredi-Controlled East Ramapo School Board Commit Fraud Against The Citizens Of NY?

Among a litany of alleged wrongdoing it outlines, a petition filed with the State of New York Department of Education alleges that the haredi-controlled East Ramapo school board used public funds to purchase religious books for yeshivas.
