The Satmar synagogue in Lakewood, New Jersey forbids men who have unfiltered Internet access from leading prayer services.
The Lakewood Scoop's translation:
If you don’t have an Internet filter, you can no longer Daven for the Amud at the Lakewood Satmar Bais Medrash, according to the attached sign hanging in Satmar today. The filter, it says, must be approved by Rabbonim. It does not specify if it is referring to a home, office or both.
The poster is signed by the Satmar Dayan (religious judge) Rabbi Mordechau Betzalel Klein.
