If you want your kid(s) to be in Satmar schools, these are the rules you have to follow with regard to Internet use and smart phones.

Update 2:00 AM CDT 6-4-2012 – APC made a quick English language summary and posted it in the comments. Violation of any of the rules gets your children kicked out of Satmar schools:
basic translation:
1. its completely forbidden to use "open" internet whether at home or at work , even if its for business purposes.
2. when absolutely necesary to make a living, the internet can only be used with the best filtering available and the filter should be one designed specifically with frum jews in mind.
3.even when the filtered net is ok for work, it may only be used at the time the work is done and no "telephone" (smartphone).
4. when its necessary to have use of a smartphone, it may only have access to e-mail. no internet access.
