And she does so with the endorsement of Rabbi Chaim Pinchos Scheinberg, the haredi "gadol" who famously told parents of victims of Rabbi Yehuda Kolko that because Kolko did not anally penetrate their boys, there was no sex act according to the the Torah and no punishable crime. Therefore, Rabbi Scheinberg ordered, it is forbidden to report Kolko to police or to tell the media about him.
