JPAC brought its homophobia and right wing politics to Crown Heights, where it protested anti-kapparot protesters with signs accusing "white liberals" of supporting the "murder of black babies".

At the Crown Heights Kaparot protest earlier tonight, I finally got to see two JPAC members, and their odd signs. Personally, I thought mentioning the Holocaust (via Nazi references) was distasteful, as did most of the people I spoke to. They stayed around for only a half hour or so, took pictures of those protesting against doing Kaparot with chickens (I was one of the protestors), and left. People didn't seem interesting in talking to them, from what I observed (although to be fair, most of the bystanders didn't want to talk to me either). I didn't have a camera on me tonight, as I did the prior two nights, figuring that if they didn't show up on Tuesday or Wednesday, there is no point in bringing a camera for Thursday in the hope they would attend. They were two Charedi men, middle aged, and carried around the signs posted in the article above. Not a large operation at all.
