According to the Jerusalem Post, Israel Radio is reporting that Breslov hasidim wreaked havoc Ben Gurion airport.
The hasidim were traveling to Rabbi Nachman’s grave in Uman, Ukraine for their annual Rosh Hashana pilgrimage.
The Breslovers reportedly smoked in non-smoking area, littered the airport with trash, and caused disturbances.
Another 6,000 hasidim are expected to fly out of Ben Gurion tomorrow for Uman.
Airport police are reportedly preparing a plan to prevent further inappropriate behavior.
