I've wanted to post something appropriate since I heard Sunday that Clarence Clemons, AKA The Big Man, the great sax player who was an integral part of Bruce Springsteen's E Street band for about 40 years, passed away from complications of a stroke.
Here's a video I found of Sprinsteen and the E Steet band in Passaic, New Jersey (the shtel of Passaic is the only Jewish aspect of this post or direct connection to this blog) in 1978 performing Jungleland. Clemons does his signature solo toward the end.
We're going to miss you, Big Man.
