Crown Heights Pizza Store Closed By NYC

New York City's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Division of Environmental Health closes Kingston Pizza, which was under the kosher supervision of the Crown Heights Beis Din.

Crown Heights is the epicenter of the worldwide Chabad movement. The Crown Heights Beit Din is completely Chabad staffed and controlled, and Kingston Pizza is owned by a Chabadnik. Kingston Pizza, located at 395 Kingston Ave, was closed by New York City's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Division of Environmental Health on January 30, 2011:
