Steven M. Mayer, 65 has been missing since Monday and has not been heard of since.
Boro Park Shomrim in coordination with many other community groups is coordinating a massive search for tommorow morning on a specific area. We need as many volunteers as possible to Riverhead, NY tomorrow for a detailed grid search.
The search will begin at 8:30 am tomorrow morning and continue throughout the day. You can arrive at any time during the day.
There will be a Shacharit Minyan for those that need at 9:30.
All volunteers are requested to report to the staging area at the
HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES EAST END
1707 Old Country Road Route 58
Riverhead, NY 11901.
Also please bring enough food and water for the day. Since Riverhead is the only solid lead, our experts believe that our continued concentrated efforts there hold the best hope.
If anyone has any specialized equipment. ATV, boats, connections to caterer for food that would also be helpful as per the organizers and should call 347-927-7701.
