In Deep Of Night, Israeli Police Arrest Haredi Leader Who Allegedly Threatened And Harassed Leaders Of Antiquities Authority

Haredim threaten to burn Jerusalem in response to a 3 AM raid in Mea Shearim and the arrest of a leader of the violent campaign against leaders of Israel's Antiquity Authority. .

Chaim Leib Mintzberg was arrested at 3 AM this morning.

Haredim responded to the arrest by threatening to burn down Jerusalem if Mintzberg is not immediately released.

Meanwhile, more arrests of haredi riot leaders are expected soon.

I'll post more details when they become available.
