This was prompted by current news headlines taking to task Rikers Island for providing special Glatt kosher food for child molester Baruch Leibowitz.
Mr. Moskowitz will also look at a recent court decision in Chabad's favor that they are entitled to the Rebbe's book collection now being held by the Russian Government and at the newest scandal to hit the Orthodox Community.
