Chabad Developer Convicted On Multiple Fraud Counts

Eliyahu Ezagui's victims were also Chabadniks.

Developer Eliyahu Ezagui was convicted less then an hour ago of multiple counts of mortgage fraud, stemming from two of his Crown Heights Developments, including 770 Lefferts Avenue and the building on East New York Avenue and Kingston.
Reports say that Ezagui is now facing up to 20 years in prison at sentencing.
