Beit Din Rulings Against Mondrowitz

Mondrowitz_Avrohom2008 "Avrohom Mondrowitz may not serve as a teacher…nor as a psychologist…He should be removed from the presence of children and adolescents….Anyone who helps or defends him will be liable for his actions, and will be considered…an accomplice to his crimes."


Survivors for Justice posted the following two beit din rulings from 1986 on its website late tonight. along with English translations of both rulings.

The first is from New York:

The second ruling is from Badatz Yerushalayim in Mea Shearim, Jerusalem, Israel and is also signed by Rabbi Elya Svei, who was then head of Agudath Israel of America's Council of Torah Sages and Rabbi Yaakov Perlow, its current head:
